Carmon Posted February 6, 2005 Share Posted February 6, 2005 Heya guyz n gurlz wondering if u can help my friendshe had msn messnger 6.2 on her Windows XP SP2 anyways she seen the New beta Verison of MSN 7 So She tried it but it didnt she got a error called 'error: 1603' So she Give up thinking it didnt work so she reinstalled her 6.2 msn but it gave her the same error shes tried everythin to get it bk so she asked me i had a look on the internet and they sed do sumthing like this...1) Click Start > Run2) Type msiexec /unreg and press enter and wait until it appears to have finished.3) Go back to Start > Run4) Type msiexec /regserver and press enter.5) Try to install MSN Messenger 6 again. Good luck!but shes tried that about 40 times now and nothing worked so i though i ask you guyz if u know anything else dat cud fix it or sort it Cheers Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
