I am new to this slipstreaming thing so i would appreciate any help i could get.

i followed one of the many guides on this site to install my RAID drivers and got this strange error after i ran the textbased setup when the GUI first runs:

Fatal Error:

Internal Setup data structures are corrupted(phase 0).

Does anyone know why i got that?

This is what i did to install my drivers:

first i copied my drivers to the directory $OEM$\$1\Drivers\A7V600\VT8237

3 files:

viamraid.cat

VIAMRAID.INF

viamraid.sys

modified TXTSETUP.SIF like this:

[sourceDisksFiles]

viamraid.sys = 1,,,,,,4_,4,1,,,1,4

[HardwareIdsDatabase]

PCI\VEN_1106&DEV_3249 = "viamraid"

PCI\VEN_1106&DEV_3149 = "viamraid"

PCI\VEN_1106&DEV_3164 = "viamraid"

[sCSI.load]

viamraid = viamraid.sys,4

[sCSI]

viamraid = "VIA SATA RAID Controller"

modified winnt.sif like this:

[unattended]

OEMPreinstall=Yes

OemPnPDriversPath=”Drivers\A7V600\VT8237”

Thanks a lot for all the help i can get with this issue :)

Ok figeloal, all your configurations are ok. But:

Review the [Data] section of your winnt.sif file and check:

UnattendedInstall=Yes

MSDosInitiated=No

See you soon.

Thanks a lot that worked :)))

now i am doing some heavy testing hehehe

Thanks again
