codeblue Posted January 27, 2005 Posted January 27, 2005 My Belkin 802.11g wireless router is upstairs and my pc downstairs. The signal needs to go through the wooden ceiling and a non load bearing wall. I’m getting a low signal strength indication on the PC? This is strange as the wireless laptop with a built in receiver gets a maximum signal strength when right net to the downstairs pc!Is it that the MSI wireless card and antenna aren't much good or is there a problem somewhere else?If its the card, anyone recommend a good one, or a better antenna or signal booster.
