Dell and Rodney
I installed all my applications on my server. It seems whenevr somone logs on they have access to all thses applications - how could i remove this access so they cannot run the app even from the program files folder and wont show up in the start menu list?Cheers
valter
Do you want to limit all users or just some? Are you using Terminal Server? Try removeing application shortcuts from "All Users" Start menu folder ... other than that if you're using TS you can try to create some policies

jpatto
I usually clear All Users programs menu and then add program links manually to certain people/ groups as required and deny access where necessary.
