I installed all my applications on my server. It seems whenevr somone logs on they have access to all thses applications - how could i remove this access so they cannot run the app even from the program files folder and wont show up in the start menu list?

Do you want to limit all users or just some? Are you using Terminal Server? Try removeing application shortcuts from "All Users" Start menu folder ... other than that if you're using TS you can try to create some policies

Only want to limit some users within my groups (e.g. one user group can access word and another cant). Not using TS just loggging onto my domain from WinXp Pro as soon as i log on it has all the menus as admin so ill try removing links from the folders.

Also does anyone know if theres any 3rd party tools to allow a win XP home edition machine to logon to a domain?

Cheers

I usually clear All Users programs menu and then add program links manually to certain people/ groups as required and deny access where necessary.
