magicfly Posted January 23, 2005 Share Posted January 23, 2005 hello guys, i installed DRIVE IMAGE 7 but everytime i run (or better ran( it, i got that message error: RTC FILE IS MISSINGi know i must have .NET FRAMEWORK installed, and also i have the SP1 of these runtimes but it won't run anyway (after many reinstalls) any suggestion? firefoxthebomb Posted January 24, 2005 Share Posted January 24, 2005 according to Symantec it means the product was not installed properly.After a complete uninstall, run a registry cleaner, then reboot the computer, and then reinstall and reboot, then try to run it.
