Deleting folder

I have 1 easy question. I notice a few folders in windows xp setup which i want to delete BUT i'm not sure if they are needed during installation.

1-Tool

2-Value/add one

3-winnt upgrade

4-win98 upgrade

5-win migrate

please let me know if above folders are safe to delete. I don't want to upgrade anything. Simply FULL & CLEAN installation
