How can I copy shortcuts from my control panel to another location, such as mu desktop or start menu?

look in system32 for .cpl files, (control panel files) then just make a shortcut to the .cpl file

Or you can right click the icons as they are in the Control Panel and 'Create Shortcut'

IE: Printers / Admin Tools / Scheduled Tasks, etc

2. How (it at all) can I copy shortcuts too the control panel or inside control panel sub-sections
