macgyver Posted January 13, 2005 Posted January 13, 2005 Hey guys, for those of you who have used WinPE and RIS together, is there a way to make it automatically start an MFC application or any other exe for that matter after it starts up? I have written some batch files to do things like deploying our custom OS and partitioning the drives, I was wondering if I can just link it to an MFC application so when we deploy this system to the end user, they just have to select a network boot, and click a button to deploy the OSThanks
macgyver Posted January 13, 2005 Author Posted January 13, 2005 Nevmind all, I've figured it out.Use the startnet.cmd file inRemoteInstallPath\Setup\English\Images\WINPEIMAGE\i386\system32to launch whatever you want, anyone ever figure out a way to turn off the popup box that asks if you want to shutdown/quit/restart etc?
