January 11, 200521 yr I just finished my first unattended install disc, however ran into a few problems.Every time i reboot, it gives the error:There is a file or folder on your computer called "C:\WINDOWS" which could cause certain applications to not function correctly. Renaming it to "C:\WINDOWS1" would solve this problem. Would you like to rename it now?I check in my computer but there is no folder named windows1 after i select to rename it. Any ideas what causes this?
January 12, 200521 yr Post up your winnt.sif... its as though you installed windows over an existing config without a reformat or something
January 12, 200521 yr Author Oh and I have been testing this install by using Virtual PC, also i have reformated every time I installed it. Im thinking maybe its the $OEM$ folder $$. Could that be possible?
