Hello everyone

I am Larry Armitage.

I have been using computers since the mid 70's, comador, trash80 and the like.

for the past 30 years I have been in the engineering business (mostly construction). I have used and worked on computers from proprietary, commercial and personal types both in my work and as a hobby. I am currently changing my career field to computer science.

I have 5 different computers, each running different OS's

• Laptop, Toshiba A25-S208 WinXP Pro sp2
  
• Desktop, home made, Soyo P4IS2, P4 2.4GHz, 1.5Gb 133mhz mem, 4HDD (total of 400Gig) Multi boot OS (Win2ksp4 {2ea one for testing}, Win2k Adv Server, Win2k3 Ent server {eval}, WinXP Home sp2 and Win XP Pro sp2.
  
• old desktop running a cyrix 150MHz, running Win 98se.
  
• and an iPaq5555
  
• and a really old apple 2e (don't use any more)
  

I am learning all the time how much I don't know about computers and programming, just learning how to hack files for analsys and repair.
