I have one more challenge for you all...

Can anyone figure out how to allow ALL users to install software? I would like a registry file perhaps. By default, only Power Users and Administrators can install software, but I want all users.

You could unlock registry files and open up folder permissions... but there is no real way to do this. Users aren't supposed to be able to install programs.

Sure you could... just add the 'everyone' group to the 'Administrators' group.

Then they aren't "Users" they are "Administrators" I believe he wants the ability to install programs but not the ability to "administer"

Am i right?

Yes that is correct. I absolutely DON'T want the users as administrators. I just want them to have the ability to install programs.

he could add them to the Power User group then...
