1- Why don't you use CDIMAGE.EXE ?

cdimage.exe -l"W2KSP2" -t08/23/2001,09:00:00 -h -j1 -b"Microsoft Corporation.img" -o -w1 -m "\WinXP SP2" "\ISO\WinXP SP2.iso"

2- no idea. Is there a Hotfixe or update to go from 2.0 to 2.1?

3- winnt.sif
