How to Control installation any thing on win9x

Dear All

How to control any changes made by any body in installed component in win9x for example i dont want to let anybody to install any thing on win9x like any windows based software how can i controll that.

group policy,win 9x has it u just need to install it,by default win98 doesen't install it like win 2000,xp,you will need your windows 98 se cd

goto add&remove/system tools and see if is there,if not you need 98lite,check your pm for more details
