Avoiding "This device could perform faster"

Hi guys and happy new year to all of you B)

I was wondering if it could be possible to remove the very annoying message "This device could perform faster" when a USB 2.0 peripheral (like a pen drive) is plugged into a USB 1.1 port. I'd prefer not to eliminate the balloon tips completely.

Well thats the only way I know how to disable thoses anoying Ballon Tips... Except upgrading your USB Drivers - If your computer is capible of running USB 2.0. Check your Bios Settings and any new Updates for your MB. If you really want to get rid of that Ballon tip once and for all, you could shell out $30.00 (US) for a good USB 2.0 PCI card, or a PCAIMA card if running a laptop...

Other than that I don't see any real problems other than your USB speed will be noticebly slower when transfering large amounts of data.
