Help for DVD and .avi

Hi guys,

I'm new into DVD burning. I bought my DVD burner a week ago. I need help, what I'll like to do is to make a DVD filled with home made .avi movie (about 300meg each) and make them play in classic DVD player.

Any one know a good software or tutorial for me ????

I currently own Roxio Easy CD & DVD Creator and NERO 6

A Small menu will be Great (e.g:

Play 2004-11-11

Play 2003-10-29

Play 2003-09-09

and so on....

I belive the Latest version of Nero Ultra edition can do all that
