Any way to enable $Progs, $Docs, etc. for W2k?

Is there any way to enable the distribution folders $Progs, $Docs, etc. for Windows 2000? $$ and $1 work.

Changing some files from Windows XP, maybe?

Any leads?

$Prog and $Docs are actually a part of OOBE for Windows XP. That's where they get their functionality. So no....
