Guys guys guys - this thread is IRRELEVANT AT THIS POINT. The issue was a bad registry entry being created by WhoLockMe. It's no longer a problem.

Let it die.

Because if windows thinks it has run we don't have to slipstream it into our cds and windows update wo't bug us either.
