I have got all of my hotfixes into the right directories, but the process apears to hang at the Merging Hotfixes step, simply solved by one ctrl-c (i've checked the log, and it dosn't apear to be escaping out of anything that dosn't exit uncleanly).

Has anybody else come across this?

Yes, I've had this problem. Press A and it should continue on with the process. I'm thinking it's asking to Overwrite a file and needs input from the user, but you can't see it.

So, try A out.

It has something to do with some IE hotxies in HF2 and POS. I've attached my log to identify the exact ones.
