Ok, this thing is quite weird. Depending on the version of the nlite xp cd, I have a strange message while installing Messenger 5.0.

On one cd it goes well but on another I have a message like this:

"The following app "Xplode core"' is using files which are about to be updated, close the window before continuing"

Of course this is kind of boring, so if anyone have an idea about the reason this will be great.

I simply use the /qb switch to install the Messenger 5.0.

I still cannot do it but I think I found out why it doesn't work.

Actually the last version of nLite might change something about insmsiw inside cab of the cd.

I don't see any other reason, I just post a reply to myself in case someone else has the same problem.

The thing may be corrected by reinstalling insmsiW or insmsiA (depending of the os) but I'm not quite sure about that.

I'll give a try then post a final message if I'm right
