Firefox problem!

Two weeks after I started using Firefox all my bokkmarks disappeared! Can anyone explain why?? They were imported from the IE favorites..

I was using a pre 1.0 version, yes.. But now I've downloaded the latest from youre link.. Thanx! Hopes this works!

If all else seems to fail then just re-import the IE bookmarks again. Firefox won't mess with the IE bookmarks and if they vanished then I'd say it was a Firefox issue. Re-importation should resolve it.

@rotjong I though about hust doing that, but that would have solved getting back some of them, but not the ones I have added as bookmarks after I started using Firefox..

I don't know if you can be as simple as me. But I dragged and dropped them involuntarilly into another folder. So they were there!

I checked the only folder left, and they weren't there either.. And I'm quite sure I didn't delete them..

You could hop into the profile directory (c:\docs and settings\username\app data\mozilla\firefox\a few levels of gibberish\) and try to take your bookmarks.html file to a safer place before you start messing with stuff, and/or you can open it to see if the stuff you want's still in it.
