kwpro Posted November 29, 2004 Share Posted November 29, 2004 HI guysI have just recently dicovered a problem with my PC, i cant seem to disable system restore. When i try i get the following error:System Restore encountered an error trying to enable/disable one or more drives. PLease restart your machine and try again.I restart and still i get this error, also i have checked services.msc and it tells me that system restore isnt started but it is stuck on automatic.Any help would be appreciated.Thanks in advanced.Kenny. kwpro Posted November 29, 2004 Author Share Posted November 29, 2004 hi Yzöwli have tried using regedit but when i restart and check services.msc its stopped system restore but its still on automatic then i check system properties and that is telling me that system restore is running.
