text on start up and shut down

hi im running xp pro sp2 and every time i test my disk in vpc whenever i shut the pc down, and on in vpc i cant help but notice the text on my new logonscreen and logoff

it says some thing like, shutting down, saving blaaa blaaaa and then some thing similar to that at logon

well my question is, is there a way to get rid of this because on the disk i made before with sp2 with my old custom logon, it didnt show this,

now ive only added a few updated progs a few minor reg tweaks and a new logonui.exe file,

is there some thing i can do ?

u can black the strings in logonui.exe (which is where i think its kept)
