so i was looking through that remove-ie project page, and checking some other things, i've come to the conclusion i'd like to make a disc without IE for testing

.. yet i still want dx9c, will it still install on a -remove-ie'd box?

Yes, you can remove IE and still keep DirectX.

Best thing is to use nLite to remove IE - you'll find nLite on this forum itself.

yeah, i got nlite a day or so ago, cool. off i go to strip out the crap :D

make sure u dont get 2 carried away, cuz u wont have a stable os if u delete stuff that depends on something else u have installed :P
