SIRCOOKS Posted November 6, 2004 Share Posted November 6, 2004 i just noticed something really spooky with mt comp, im trying to burn something right, and everytime i try to launch like nero or alcohol , the computer just freezes, ill have to reboot. keep in mind that if i go in side my comp, and touch the power y cord attached to my master drive, it will click like its not getting full power or the power didn't hit it that time and now it is...holla back with any comments guys...... Drewdatrip Posted November 6, 2004 Share Posted November 6, 2004 When you say master drive, you are referign to the Hard Drive?If so i have had this problem some time back.As far as i can tell the drive was defective, or after a large amount of swaping the connection for the power had become severd in some position.After i replaced the drive the clicking stoped.I however was not having frezing issues unless i did get the drive to click by moving the powercord.|Drew| Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
