Synapse Posted November 6, 2004 Posted November 6, 2004 I used to use 2 popular ones i can't remeber the names of the programs off hand and i always uninstalled them cause their 30 day trials.. i'm not paying like 40 bucks to change the look of windows... but anyone know of a freeware program to apply better themes? also.. i heard about some file file that if you change it would allow .mstheme or whatever extenstion to show up in the Desktop -> right click -> properties -> Themes box.... anyone got any info on that?
