reducing of size dont work

i followed this how-to

to reduce the size of my xp-sp1-cd down to 175 MB.

But unfortunately i did not reach the target. The disc size is still about 350 MegaBytes.

Anyone has an idea or hint?

k, i already recognized nLite, but just tryed to reach it alone...
