Mylex scsi raid drivers

@Bâshrat the Sneaky Did you include drivers for the mylex extreme 1100 scsi raid card, just asking as this card is some what old.

There are no Mylex drivers in DriverPack MassStorage. If I find them, I'll put them in the next release
