I am on windows Mellinium

how can I disable System Restore?

Also can u plz tel me the dos command to delete a HIDDEN FOLDER and all files/subfolders within that folder?

Use the following dos command while in that folder "attrib -h", this unhide the file.

Then delete the folder, that will delete the sub folders as well.

OK I tried to unhide the folder _Restore under c:\ drive but it says that

"Access Denied - _Restore"

Please help me.

That is a system folder used by Windows Me, so it's not going to let you delete it. However if you are sure you do not want to use the system restore feature, you can uninstall it and remove that folder using a utility called "System Restore Remover Pro".
