cno81 Posted October 25, 2004 Posted October 25, 2004 Hi all, I was just wondering what the registry settings are for starting XP in with the classic theme (HKLM and HKCU paths if possible) as I can't seem to find this ages...I was sifting through the registry tweaks sticky thread but got bored by the time I got to page 18....

I'm sure there is a way to make it happen for all users, but I haven't found it yet either.Hope this helps a little
Vel Straty Posted October 25, 2004 Posted October 25, 2004 Its not a registrty tweak but, if you just don't want to use any of the themes, just disable the themes service or delete the luna theme. Both will work for starting XP in classic theme style since if luna.theme is not there, it won't / can't load it anyways, and if the themes service is disabled, it won't load any theme.
