redder Posted October 25, 2004 Share Posted October 25, 2004 A new version of Windws XP, that seems a bit desperate from Microsoft, just like seeing them selling a bundle of XP and Office2003 for 50USD in Asia. I don't think Longhorn will be such a benefit to the OS world, from all the reviews I've read, it seems "overweight", it appears to consume as much memory and processor resources as a recent 3D game, so instead of making an OS with better performance, we make one full of iCandy... nice job Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
