chee Posted October 21, 2004 Posted October 21, 2004 hi,i'd disabled Windows XP from poping up a message asking if you would like to allow Windows xp to remember the password whenever you're accessing somthing with a user name and needed password.but now i want windows xp to pop up this message again,or else i'll have to type in the releated user name and the correspondent password every time i'm trying to access!can i be given some tips?thanks!
Skyfrog Posted October 21, 2004 Posted October 21, 2004 I am going to guess you are talking about Internet Explorer. Go to Tools, Internet Options, and click the Content tab. Click the Autocomplete button and put a check in the box that says "Use Autocomplete for User names and passwords on forms." It should now ask you if you wish to save passwords when you enter them in web pages.
