need some help in win2000

i am using windows 2000 pro. , but i face some problems here

i am working in the arab region, i can identify the arabic language from the regional options , but the problem is exsit ,the arabic appears in unreadable form i am asking if there is any file or batch file to make arabic enabled in windows 2000?

You've probably already done this but its just a suggestion...

Make sure you update 2000 to SP4 (or whatever the latset service pack is)....this may fix the problem but if not, then I can only suggest search the MS knowledgebase for an answer.

(not too good on the different languages)

You will need to contact Microsoft and obtain the multi-lingual version of Windows 2000 Professional. It is a multi-cd set that you can use to install additional languages including Arabic I believe.

Try MS Worldwide Fullfillment first.

but i have done all the updates inculding sp4

but i heard about a file the we can use to solve this problem

but the problem is: what is the file name ?!? i wish to know so i can search it in the microsoft site
