hi guys

i have downloaded this file from themexp.org. it's a wallpaper but in .EXE format. im 100% that it's got so many adware and spywares in it as well (from experience) that's why i don't want to execute the .EXE file. so is there anyway that i can extract the Wallpaper off the .EXE file without running the file? plz help if you know a way . thank you

renaming it to .zip or .RAr wouldnt work i tired it . it's .EXE after all how can WinRar extract it! and ResourceHacker can't extract nothing out of it, it's just to customize things not to extract or view contents of .EXE file.

hi, yes, you are correct in assuming its spyware

IMO, u can do the following 2 things..

check the authors website for a copy without spyware

or install it on a virtual machine, & get it that way
