How much to be a server with Win XP ?

hi , i work for a non-commerial organization, and i decide to build a web site to display information with a backend admin system.

If I use Microsoft Win XP(using) + Apache +Mysql +Php to be a web server , should i pay any license fee or any charges ???

As long as your copy of Windows XP is legitimate (eg. bought), you should not have to pay anything. PHP, Apache, and MySQL are all open-source/free applications. If they ever ask you to pay money, then you know that the World is at Nuclear war.
