Properly configure windows explorer

I want to set some configuration unattendedly to my Windows Explorer (Sort, View etc...)

how should I do that?

Either you can use Registry Tweaks, which is the simpler option.

All the tweaks needed are listed in this forum, in various threads, forum's search function is your friend.

--OR--

You can set everything as you want, and then use the "NTUSER.DAT" from that user's profile - this is far more risky, since the paths,etc. is embedded.
