Hopefully someone has encountered this problems before, it has me beat.

I installed the service pack and all went well, then the other day I upgrade zonealarm to the new version, but I had some problems and decided to go back to the previous version. Thats when the trouble began, now I can't access most of the icons in the control panel. If I click on them, doesn't matter which one, bar a couple nothing comes up. Anyone have an idea.

use system restore.

then install KERIO it works like Zone alarm but without the problems on XP.

true vector causes lots of problems for some people, but ive never heard of anyone having trouble with kerio. also, you can save your rules to a file, keep it someplace safe then if you format or anything you can import your rules list, saves ticking those allow or deny boxes again

its free like Za for home use.
