Semi-automatic hotfix for SP2 possible?

I believe i saw a post in here about some method just beeing able to drop XP SP2 updates to a folder on CD and with some command automaticly install latest from this dir. Can someone point me in a direction or tell me if im wrong?

Im running a Norwegian Win XP Pro with SP2, there are currently a couple of hotfixes available.
