need to find 2 images in system files...

i've played a little reshacking the msgina.dll file...

at this time i must say that the [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon] "GinaDLL" tweak doesn't work for me, after applied and selecting like ginadll the default one it looks like if the classic logon tweak was applied. i mean, no logonui it's shown and the logon and shutdown screen it's win2k alike. removing that regkey simply restores everything, funny isn't it?...

...after my reshack it's complete and i replace the original one without any regtweak all works perfect. the problem it's that i can't find 2 images for the buttons close session and change user (you know one it's a key and the other one 2 crossed arrows), i guess they aren't in the msgina.dll file so... where are they??

Talking of msgina.dll....

Open it up in Res-hack, and browse to ">> Dialog >> 2210 >> 1033".

That's supposedly one of the options while shutting down.

This funny has been around since XP SP2 beta1 (atleast that's when I noticed it).

The computer got very poorly and decided to end it's own suffering.

Talking about the post from prathapml

The Japanese MSGINA says

ƒRƒ“ƒsƒ…?[ƒ^‚ª’âŽ~‚µ‚Ü‚µ‚½?B

and thats all.

For those who cannot read it, it says,

The computer has stopped.

I personally like the one from the English MSGINA?I

It adds a little fun to it when you find it in the middle of the night!
