display properties for Contacts (Outlook XP) ?

I have set the properties for Contacts so that it sorts by Last Name, First Name. Plus I checked the View settings. Yet when I compose a new e-mail and click on "To" and bring up my Contacts list, everything is displayed as First Name, Last Name.

Am I missing something?
