when i try to install msn messenger 7 beta i get a Windows Installer package error. can any 1 help :(

missing cab file? invalid switch? what :P

Is the download corrupted? Because there's no official channel for getting it, unless you're a beta tester, and a beta tester can well ask questions in MS news groups. :P

Try re-downloading. It works perfectly fine, out here.

What service pack level do you have installed?

FYI.. it works fine for sp1,sp2 & vanilla XP :D

It is not recommended you to download from Microsoft, because there are many unknown bugs and errors after you install it.

You should wait for the news from Microsoft... I am not a beta tester.. so I would wait for it.
