Remove the tick on "Also Reset My Home Page"

Like the topic title says, I want to have the "Also Reset My Home Page" check box cleared by default. Tried to take a look in the registry, but couldn't really find anything.

The problem (in IE) is here:

Tools\Internet Options\Programs\

Hit the button "Reset Web Settings" and the box appears...

if there isn't a registry tweak to do that maybe you should use resource hacker.
