Hello (again) , i just installed 2000 and it has only 16 colors. What do i have to od to make more?

No.

The windows update is only for critical updates and Service packs.

The should be a CD that came with the motherboard and if your graphics card is not on board (i.e. the graphics connector is on the same panel as the mouse, keyboard, printer etc...) then there will be a CD for that as well.

If you still need drivers, try the manufactures websites or Driverguide.com
