xml problems

I have updated to sp2 so i could use the XPE 1.0.0 plugin..

Now trying to get the nu2parser plugin to work and keep getting errors

seems to be in xml?

it seems to be a "junk after document element" when plugins in the nu2menu.xml file are set up in this form..

here is the errors and where i'm doind xml validation..:

I have been trying to validator some of these xml files and no vail.......!

can someone help........i don't know xml but here is a validator

I have remove the A43 section in the xml and then the next one in line gets the same error?

just a heads up....
