msn messenger

I need some help. I would like to use msn messenger which i like to chat with my family far away with. I can get picture but no sound. I have tried enat and going into network places and dissabling QOS packet scheduler. Does anyone have any other ideas this is driving me crazy..... thanx

First a qeustion do U use a mike and earphone.

have you treid it thru the testing options in MSN messenger itself and did your mike register something while testing, also did you hear the sound while testing ?

maybe you have treid those things already, but you just better can start with looking for the simpel solutions
