fender62 Posted September 23, 2004 Author Posted September 23, 2004 i got it to work, small problem i have two hard disks /ide 1 - hd + cdrw/ ide 2 hd + cdrom. what i wanted to do was test the slipstreamed disk on my pc that already has xp pro on it ide 1 that works great, i just wanted to see if the disk workedwithout having ot format the disk if you know what i mean. cut a long story shortwhat happened is it installed xp on my slave hd on ide 2 thats my problemwhay did it do that and not install over the hd on ide 1 thats the primary drive c: i thought it would just go over that.
