i wont to add to my Xpcd a Wallpaper to change bliss wallpaper..that all users get same Wallpaper....

what to add to

1____RunOnceEx.cmd

2____regfile

• find the wallpaper you want
  
• rename your wallpaper to bliss.jpg
  
• pack the new bliss.jpg file with makecab
  
• place the new bliss.jp_ file in the I386 folder wich you are going to burn to cd or dvd
