Hey im currently at a college campus running ISA server 2000 on their network. We figured out that you have to have the ISA client on your computer to play games like SWG on the network. Now heres the problem in between the dorms and the main server is a NAT enabled HP secure access and control box that is preventing the firewall client from seeing the server. And thus preventing me from playing SWG.

Here are the steps we took to determine this is the problem.

first we took my computer down to the IT dept and bypassed the HP box and connected it straight to the server and I was able to log in

then we hooked it straight in to the HP box and I wasnt able to get past the login page.

I dont really know what to do im doing web searches and trying to gather info but im reaching dead ends

So basically this extra NAT enabled switch is preventing my isa client from detecting the ISA server

Well, that is the purpose of a NAT. NAT was designed to keep all the PCs behind it hidden from attack/detection. Unless you can get the IT guys down there to enable either port forwarding for the game you are using or give you VPN access or some other sort of direct tunnel what you are asking is impossible.
