RunOnceEx won't apply my regtweaks

REG ADD %KEY%\009 /VE /D "Registry Tweaks" /f
REG ADD %KEY%\009 /V 1 /D "%cdrom%\Apps\REGEDIT /S %CDROM%\Apps\regtweaks.reg" /f

When running this section of my RunOnceEx.cmd I get the error

"Windows cannot find D:\Apps\REGEDIT"

Any suggestions?

This is the correct syntax:

REG ADD %KEY%\009 /V 1 /D "REGEDIT /S %CDROM%\Apps\regtweaks.reg" /f
