Wayne Scot
I'm sure hundreds of people have had this problem. Am using XP Home and Windows Messenger is totally out of the picture, but when MSN Messenger signs on, a message pops up that sez "You are signed on at another location or computer. Click here to sign on again." Then another message pops up saying the other location has been signed out. MSN Messenger works fine except for this annoyance. Only one computer is involved, there is no other. Anyone have an idea? Tnx
dekaranger
Either it's just another windows annoyance, or someone, somewhere is using your username & password. Unless, you use msn messenger somewhere other than your home computer.
sven
its most likely that your windows messenger is also still running. is it 2 diferent "you are signed in" messages?
argon007
I think you should remember if you use other computer in public.. Your password maybe used by other people....You know, the public computer is very dangerous... because the news of Taiwan said computer of Internet Coffee in Taipei has keylogger, virus and trojan... That is because they don't see the importance of Internet Security.
